These terms apply to the AI Career service (also known as PowerUpMyCareer). By using the service, or by receiving reports or emails from it, you agree to them.

The service

AI Career helps individual members find, evaluate and track job openings. It provides information and suggestions; it does not offer employment, guarantee interviews or job offers, or act as an employer or staffing agency.

Job information and AI results

Job listings come from employers' own career sites and may be incomplete, out of date or removed without notice. Fit scores and suggestions are produced with the help of automated and AI tools and can be wrong. Always confirm details with the employer before acting on them.

Your information

You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Access to the administrative console is limited to the operator.

Emails

Job update emails (a daily "What's New" email and weekly and monthly summaries) are turned on when a client's membership begins. A client can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link in every one of these emails, or by contacting us.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Career and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information provided by the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted here with its date.
