AI Career is an AI-powered job-search service. It finds job openings on employers' own career sites, checks each one against a member's experience, and helps the member apply.

What it does

• Monitors employers' own public career sites for new openings. It does not collect listings from job boards.
• Compares openings with a member's resume, target job titles, location and preferences, and scores how well each one fits.
• Prepares tailored resumes and cover letters for specific openings, using the member's real experience.
• Reviews a member's LinkedIn profile and suggests improvements.
• Suggests next steps based on the member's profile and matches.
• Prepares progress reports and sends clients a daily "What's New" job email plus weekly and monthly summaries. These emails start when membership begins and can be turned off at any time.
• Creates short Google Forms questionnaires that clients can fill in to help refine their resume and job search.

What it does not do

Fit scores and suggestions are AI assessments. They can be wrong, and they are not a promise of an interview or a job. Job details can change or be removed by the employer, so always confirm details with the employer before applying. AI Career does not apply for jobs on a member's behalf.

Who uses it

AI Career is in a testing period and is not a public job board. People apply for membership; applications are reviewed before membership is offered, and submitting one does not create an account. Members do not sign in with their Google accounts.
